As you may already be aware, March is Frankland’s Eco-Month! The school will be participating in four initiatives to raise awareness and The Big Crunch is coming up next.
Tomorrow, Thursday, March 9th, Falcons will meet outside to collectively crunch on local Ontario apples and then compost the cores. The apples have been donated by Foodland in support of this healthy community initiative and will bring awareness to healthy and locally grown food options.
